About the role
Holiday Niseko is hiring a year-round Reservations Specialist. You will handle accommodation enquiries and bookings by email and phone, prepare quotes, check availability and pricing, recommend suitable properties, and help guests with pre-arrival questions and general Niseko information. Enquiry volume is much higher during the winter season.
Very strong written and spoken English and good customer service and sales skills are essential. Mandarin Chinese is a big advantage. Japanese is useful but not essential.
Salary is ¥300,000–¥360,000 per month depending on experience and language ability. Visa sponsorship is available. Start date is flexible.
Responsibilities
- Handle accommodation enquiries and bookings by email and phone
- Prepare quotes and check availability and pricing
- Recommend suitable properties to guests
- Assist guests with pre-arrival questions and general Niseko information
- Handle a much higher enquiry volume during the winter season
Requirements
- Very strong written and spoken English
- Good customer service and sales skills
- Comfortable working with reservation systems and with email and phone enquiries
Nice to have
- Mandarin Chinese (a big advantage)
- Japanese (useful, not essential)
