One profile, direct contact with the employer, no fees for candidates. What happens after you press Apply, what employers see, and what we do and do not do.

What happens when you apply

  1. Press Apply on a role. The first time, you create a profile: who you are, your availability, your work status and housing needs. It takes a few minutes.
  2. Answer the employer’s questions for that role. Some ask for a résumé or certificates; ski and snowboard schools usually ask for instructor qualifications.
  3. The employer reviews your application and contacts you directly, by message or email. Interviews are often by video for people applying from overseas.
  4. You track every application in your profile. You can apply to several roles with the same profile.

What employers see

Only what you submit to them: your profile and your answers for that role. You choose whether to make your profile visible to employers who have not received an application from you. niseko.jobs does not sell candidate data.

What niseko.jobs does and does not do

  • We list roles from employers in the Niseko area and show the practical facts up front: pay, season, housing, language, visa support.
  • We mark where a listing’s information comes from: posted directly by the employer, compiled from the employer’s own published listing, or listed by our team from information the employer provided.
  • We do not charge candidates, do not act as a recruitment agency, and do not guarantee an interview, a job, a visa or any employment outcome. Hiring decisions are the employer’s.
  • Employer profiles show a verification label: Verified means our team confirmed the employer directly; Managed by employer means the employer keeps their own page; From public information means the page was compiled from public sources and not yet confirmed.

Common questions

Is it free for candidates?
