Beyond Peaks合同会社は、ニセコ発の地域人材・採用・国際人材受け入れインフラを構築する会社です。 当社は、ニセコ地域に特化した求人プラットフォーム「Niseko Jobs」を運営しています。単なる求人掲載ではなく、雇用主の発信力向上、候補者プロフィール、季節雇用、住居情報、在留資格に関する情報整理、地域全体の人材不足解決を見据えた仕組みづくりに取り組んでいます。 主な対象領域は、宿泊、観光、飲食、不動産、地域サービス、その他ニセコを中心とした国際的な地域ビジネスです。ニセコを、働く人・暮らす人・採用する企業・新しい事業をつくる人にとって、より良い地域にすることを目指しています。

Beyond Peaks LLC is a Niseko-born company building recruitment, mobility, and regional business infrastructure for international destinations in Japan. We operate Niseko Jobs, a local-first job platform designed to help employers in Niseko connect with both local and international talent. Our focus is not only job posting, but improving the full hiring journey: employer visibility, candidate profiles, seasonal recruitment, housing information, visa-related information, and long-term workforce development for the region. We work across hospitality, tourism, real estate, local services, and emerging regional projects. Our mission is to make Niseko a better place to work, live, hire, and build internationally.
