About the role
世界中から人が集まるリゾート・ニセコひらふで、この冬セラピストとして働きませんか。「ありがとうマッサージ」は、地元の方や観光客に長く愛されている老舗サロンです。ドライマッサージ・オイルマッサージを中心としたリラクゼーション施術、エステ、お客様対応とサロンの管理をお任せします。未経験・ブランクのある方には11月10日から技術訓練会を行い、丁寧にお教えします。経験者は優遇します。倶知安町のスタッフ寮から店舗まで送迎があります。
Responsibilities
- ドライマッサージ・オイルマッサージを中心としたリラクゼーション施術
- エステ施術
- お客様の受付・対応
- 備品の補充や清掃
- 上記に付随する業務
Requirements
- 日本語ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル
- 日本で就労可能なビザをお持ちの方（ワーキングホリデービザ可）
- 未経験歓迎・学歴不問（研修あり）
- 英語力不問
Nice to have
- セラピスト・マッサージの経験がある方（時給優遇）
Benefits
- 時給1,700〜2,400円（経験により決定）
- 研修期間（1週間〜1か月）中の時給は1,131円
- 22時以降の深夜勤務は時給25%割増
- ドライ・オイルマッサージの技術研修（契約期間満了の場合は無料）
- 旅費補助 最大3万円（契約期間満了時に支給）
- 倶知安町のスタッフ寮 個室 月37,000円
