Guest Service Staff / Driver

• ・Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the lodge
• ・Ensuring the high standard of guest service
• ・Coordinating and supporting staff living in the lodge
• ・Handling guest enquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise
• ・Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations

• ・Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• ・English communication skills
• ・A valid Japanese driver's licence or International Driving Permit (IDP) that is valid for driving in Japan.
• ・Ability to work independently and handle operational issues
