About the role
Lead the kitchen at Mūsu, in the heart of Hirafu, for the 2026/27 winter season. Mūsu offers an international dining concept and a creative working environment, and you'll head a multicultural kitchen team, keep standards high and contribute creatively to the Mūsu concept. The week is three dinner shifts and two lunch shifts, with two days off. Apply with your CV and a short introduction.

Requirements
- Experienced and motivated chef, able to lead a kitchen team
