Winter Restaurant Chef

• Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
• Assist with food preparation and mise en place
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Check and manage food stock and inventory
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Support daily kitchen operations at restaurants
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and F&B team
