仕事内容
The Legend Niseko is looking for an experienced chef or cook to join our small team in Kutchan, Hokkaido for the 2026/27 winter season, from December 1st to March 31st.
This is primarily a kitchen role. We’re looking for someone with professional kitchen experience who is confident working independently and capable of running our small kitchen when our head chef is away catering private dining events.
Our menu is British pub/gastro pub style, including fish & chips, roasts, British pub classics and rotating weekly specials.
The position is 5 shifts per week at ¥1,500 per hour, with opportunities for additional morning work during the season.
担当業務
- Serving beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks
- Taking food and drink orders
- Using the POS and handling payments
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and stocked
- Restocking fridges and monitoring stock levels
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Cleaning the bar and customer areas
- Communicating with the kitchen during service
- Helping create a relaxed, friendly pub atmosphere
- Taking responsibility and working independently when required
応募条件
- 22 years old or over
- Previous Bar experience
- Confident working independently
- Reliable, organised and able to take responsibility for your own work
- Comfortable working in a small team
- Flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Good communication skills
- Available for the winter season from December 1st to March 31st
- Must already have the legal right to work in Japan, such as a Working Holiday Visa, spouse visa, permanent residency or Japanese nationality
- Driving licence valid in Japan

- Bar or general hospitality experience
