About the role
Working as a Resort Representative for Holiday Niseko
Join our team of approximately 100 foreign and Japanese full time and seasonal staff, where you'll gain hands-on experience in inbound tourism and resort property management in one of the snowiest places in the world. Holiday Niseko hosts about 8,000 guests during winter season, and your role will be to assist these guests throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Picking up, dropping off and transporting Guests within the village and to Kutchan
- Welcome each guest; demonstrate high quality and professional friendliness
- Provide intuitive service to the customer by anticipating their needs
- Respond to Guest requests promptly, efficiently & courteously during check-in, check-out & throughout their
- stay
- Assist with carrying all luggage and place carefully in Guest room
- Help maintain property outside areas to ensure they are always in immaculate condition
- Snow clearing
- Be knowledgeable in all Holiday Niseko properties and local area
- Keeping common areas in multi-unit buildings clean
- Removing garbage from the exterior rubbish bins for properties
- Communicating property or guest issues to appropriate departments
Requirements
- Requirements:
- Must be available from December 1st until late/end of March
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- The right to work in Japan
