About the role
Work the front desk at MUWA Niseko, a luxury hotel in Hirafu, for the 2026/27 winter. You'll check guests in and out, prepare arrivals in the system, answer questions in person, by phone and by email, and coordinate with the rest of the hotel so every stay starts smoothly. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Five days on, two off.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out
- Prepare and verify guest registration and reservation details before arrival
- Enter reservation information into the hotel system
- Answer guest enquiries in person, by phone and by email
- Coordinate with other departments on guest requests
- Handle guest feedback and minor complaints
Requirements
- Bilingual (English plus another language)
- Hospitality education or hotel experience
- Flexible with shifts and able to stay calm at busy times
- Valid visa to work in Japan
Nice to have
- OPERA PMS experience
- Chinese and/or Japanese
Benefits
- ¥1,500/hour
- Meal allowance ¥7,700/month
- Winter completion bonus ¥91,900 on completing the contract
- Staff accommodation in Kutchan: twin ¥35,000/month, single ¥65,000/month (incl. ¥5,000 utilities), staff shuttle in town

Staff accommodation in Kutchan town with a staff shuttle: twin ¥30,000/month or single ¥60,000/month, plus ¥5,000/month utilities (twin ¥35,000 / single ¥65,000 all-in).
