About the role
Be the hands-on host at MUWA Niseko this winter. Guest Service Agents help with arrivals and departures, ski and car valet and luggage, keep the lobby immaculate, and link guests with housekeeping, maintenance and concierge. Reports to the Guest Service Manager. Shifts include weekends, holidays and late nights; five days on, two off.
Responsibilities
- Assist with check-in and check-out
- Handle guest questions and requests
- Ski valet, luggage handling and car valet as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and concierge
- Keep the front desk and lobby tidy
- Issue room keys and update reservation and billing details
- Share hotel and local information with guests
- Report guest feedback, faults or incidents to the supervisor
Requirements
- Bilingual (English plus another language)
- Valid driving licence
- Hospitality education or hotel experience
- Able to work weekends, holidays and late nights
- Valid visa to work in Japan

- Chinese and/or Japanese
Benefits
- ¥1,500/hour
- Meal allowance ¥7,700/month
- Winter completion bonus ¥91,900 on completing the contract
- Staff accommodation in Kutchan: twin ¥35,000/month, single ¥65,000/month (incl. ¥5,000 utilities), staff shuttle in town

Staff housing provided
Staff accommodation in Kutchan town with a staff shuttle: twin ¥30,000/month or single ¥60,000/month, plus ¥5,000/month utilities (twin ¥35,000 / single ¥65,000 all-in).
