About the role
Look after MUWA Niseko's penthouse guests from before they arrive until after they leave. You'll learn their preferences in advance — itinerary, dining, activities, dietary needs, celebrations — arrange everything with the team, check the suite before arrival, check guests in in-suite, and be their dedicated contact throughout the stay. Reports to the Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Contact penthouse guests before arrival to learn preferences and plans
- Arrange personalised itineraries with internal teams
- Prepare welcome amenities and do final suite checks
- Conduct in-suite check-in
- Act as the guest's dedicated contact during the stay
- Work with housekeeping on suite presentation
- Pre-check billing and see guests off at departure
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Hospitality education or luxury hotel experience
- Flexible with shifts
- Valid visa to work in Japan

- Japanese and/or Chinese
Benefits
- ¥1,500/hour
- Meal allowance ¥7,700/month
- Winter completion bonus ¥91,900 on completing the contract
- Staff accommodation in Kutchan: twin ¥35,000/month, single ¥65,000/month (incl. ¥5,000 utilities), staff shuttle in town

Staff housing provided
Staff accommodation in Kutchan town with a staff shuttle: twin ¥30,000/month or single ¥60,000/month, plus ¥5,000/month utilities (twin ¥35,000 / single ¥65,000 all-in).
