Front Desk Duty Manager (Niseko) — Winter 2026/27

• Run front desk operations including check-in, check-out and VIP arrivals
• Resolve guest requests and complaints professionally
• Manage room assignments, upgrades and special requests
• Lead, coach and roster the front office team and manage shift handovers
• Monitor availability, rates and reservations with the reservations team
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and other departments
• Uphold safety and security procedures; support cash handling and reporting

• Valid Japanese working visa
• Proven team leadership experience
• Business-level English
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Hotel or resort experience
• Winter resort or tourism experience
• Driving licence (Japanese, international, or foreign with official Japanese translation)
• PMS experience
• Conversational Japanese

• From ¥2,000/hour
• Ski pass subsidy or recreation allowance
