Guest Experience Ambassador (Rusutsu) — Winter 2026/27

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Answer guest questions and resolve requests quickly
• Drive guests around the resort area as needed
• Help with luggage and in-room check-in orientation
• Recommend local dining, activities and events
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy
• Support onsen cleaning, snow clearing and general facility tasks
• Assist with guest safety and emergency procedures

• Valid Japanese working visa
• Valid driving licence (Japanese, international, or foreign with official Japanese translation) and safe driving experience
• Business-level English
• Customer-facing experience (hospitality, tourism, retail or similar)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and holidays

• Hotel, resort, front desk or concierge experience
• Conversational Japanese
• Experience in an international team
• Basic PMS / computer skills

• ¥1,500/hour
• Ski pass subsidy or recreation allowance
• Social insurance if eligible
