Staff Shuttle Driver (Niseko) — Winter 2026/27

• Drive staff between designated locations to schedule
• Keep departures and arrivals on time
• Plan daily routes around traffic and road conditions
• Follow safety regulations and company driving policies
• Handle delays and unexpected situations calmly
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe and comfortable
• Treat passengers courteously and professionally

• Experience driving safely and responsibly, professionally or day to day
• Proven ability to drive punctually and reliably to a schedule
• Valid working visa for Japan
• Valid driving licence (Japanese, international, or foreign licence with an official Japanese translation)
• Strong awareness of road safety and traffic rules
• Calm, safe driving in both familiar and unfamiliar environments
• Clear, courteous communication with passengers
• Conversational English or above
• Punctual, reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to passenger safety

• Experience driving staff, guests or groups
• Experience driving unfamiliar routes or in varying road conditions
• Additional driving-related certifications or training
• Conversational Japanese or above

• ¥1,500/hour; 25% night premium for hours between 22:00 and 23:00
• Ski lift pass subsidy or recreation allowance
• Social insurance (health, pension, employment, workers' comp), if eligible
• Staff accommodation available
