Snow Clearing & Waste Collection Staff (Niseko) — Winter 2026/27

• Clear snow and ice from entrances, paths, storage and other designated areas across managed properties
• Spread de-icer and check for slippery or hazardous spots
• Collect rubbish from each property and keep bin stores tidy
• Carry out basic checks on tools, equipment and vehicles and report any faults
• Drive safely between properties in winter conditions
• Report building damage or issues noticed on rounds to the facilities team
• Heavy machinery snow clearing (e.g. wheel loader) where licensed

• Standard Japanese driving licence (普通自動車免許)
• Safety-first approach to physical outdoor work

• Winter driving experience
• Snow clearing or snow-blower experience
• Waste collection experience
• Large special vehicle licence (大型特殊免許)
• Conversational English
• Team player

• From ¥1,500/hour, based on licences and experience
• Ski lift pass subsidy or recreation allowance
• Social insurance (health, pension, employment, workers' comp)
