Night Manager (Niseko) — Winter 2026/27

• Handle late-night check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests overnight
• Run the night audit: review transactions and reconcile guest accounts
• Post room charges, taxes and fees accurately in the PMS
• Prepare daily audit and financial reports and hand over to the morning team
• Monitor security systems and carry out overnight safety checks
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents and facility alarms

• Valid Japanese working visa
• Valid driving licence (Japanese, international, or foreign with official Japanese translation)
• Business-level English
• Customer-facing experience during late-night or early-morning hours
• Able to work independently overnight, including weekends and holidays
• Accurate with financial and operational tasks; confident with hotel systems

• Night audit, front desk or hotel finance experience
• PMS experience
• AED or first aid training
• Hospitality, accounting or finance background
• Conversational Japanese

• From ¥2,185/hour
• 25% night premium for hours between 22:00 and 05:00
• Ski pass subsidy or recreation allowance
• Social insurance if eligible
