Front Desk Officer — Niseko, Winter 2026/27

• Run a smooth, welcoming check-in and check-out
• Gather pre-arrival information by email, phone and booking platforms
• Answer guest enquiries in person, by phone and online
• Book services and recommend local activities, dining and experiences
• Promote affiliated services including Explore Niseko, Hokkaido Core and The Local Apres Wine Bar
• Organise guest transport: pick-ups, drop-offs and grocery runs
• Process payments and booking admin accurately
• Keep the front desk tidy, including clearing snow from entrances
• Help with driving when needed

• Japanese driving licence or International Driving Permit
• Excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner
• Organised, good at multitasking and detail-oriented
• Calm under pressure in a busy guest-facing role
• Fluent English
• Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday visa

• Customer service, hospitality or travel industry experience
• Japanese language skills

• ¥1,300/hour
• About 30–35 hours per week
• Staff accommodation ¥15,000
• Paid training

• Free transfer from New Chitose Airport to staff accommodation
• Contract extension possible, depending on availability and performance
