Guest Services Driver — Niseko, Winter 2026/27

• Drive guests to and from accommodation, restaurants, activities and shops in the Niseko area
• Greet guests and help load and unload luggage and ski gear
• Adjust the driving schedule to daily operations
• Work with the front desk team on guest services
• Keep vehicles clean, fuelled and ready; report damage and arrange maintenance
• Answer guest questions and requests
• Clear snow from vehicles, access areas and properties
• Transport staff and support operations as needed

• Japanese driving licence valid for the guest shuttle, or International Driving Permit (category D), with a clean driving record
• Confident driving; experience on snow and ice highly preferred
• Friendly, guest-focused and a good communicator
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Fluent English
• Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday visa

• Ski resort or winter hospitality experience
• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Japanese language skills

• ¥1,300/hour
• About 30–35 hours per week
• Staff accommodation ¥15,000
• Paid training

• Free transfer from New Chitose Airport to staff accommodation
• Contract extension possible, depending on availability and performance
