Housekeeper — Rusutsu, Winter 2026/27

• Clean guest accommodation thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms
• Make beds and prepare rooms for check-in
• Inspect accommodation before arrival
• Complete daily cleaning checklists
• Log and report maintenance issues
• Help with breakfast service and kitchen porter duties
• Respond to guest requests for towels and amenities
• Look after cleaning equipment

• Passion for great guest service
• High standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• Japanese driving licence or International Driving Permit
• Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday visa

• Housekeeping experience
• Japanese language skills

• ¥1,300/hour
• About 25–35 hours per week
• Staff accommodation ¥15,000
