Guest Services Assistant & Driver — Villa Rusutsu, Winter 2026/27

• Support every department with a flexible, positive attitude
• Housekeeping: daily and mid-stay cleans, pre- and post-arrival inspections
• Run check-ins and check-outs
• Communicate with guests by phone, email, booking platforms and in person
• Share local knowledge and book restaurants and activities
• Handle pre-arrival information, payments and booking admin
• Drive guests within the resort area
• Clear snow from vehicles and walkways
• Support breakfast, bar and restaurant service and kitchen porter duties

• Japanese driving licence or International Driving Permit
• Hospitality experience in housekeeping, front desk or guest services
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Comfortable working alone and in a team, with close attention to detail
• Fluent English
• Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday visa

• Customer service or hospitality experience
• Japanese language skills

• ¥1,300/hour
• About 30–35 hours per week
• Staff accommodation ¥15,000
• Paid training
