About the role

Lead the housekeeping team at your assigned site this winter. You'll oversee daily housekeeping, train and support seasonal staff, check standards and clean alongside the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily housekeeping at your assigned site
  • Lead, train and support seasonal housekeeping staff
  • Check cleaning checklists for consistency
  • Clean guest accommodation thoroughly
  • Inspect accommodation before arrival
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Respond to guest requests for amenities and linen
  • Communicate with the team and other departments

Requirements

  • Housekeeping experience (essential)
  • Passion for great guest service
  • High standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Fluent English
  • Japanese driving licence or International Driving Permit
  • Must have, or be eligible for, a Japanese Working Holiday visa

Nice to have

  • Japanese language skills
