Maintenance & Snow Clearing — Rusutsu, Winter 2026/27

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance inspections and repairs
• Respond quickly to requests from front desk, housekeeping and management
• Inspect properties regularly and fix issues early
• Keep tools, equipment and machinery in good order
• Support upgrades, refurbishments, furniture assembly and fixture installation
• Clear snow and ice from access roads, car parks and entrances
• Operate snow blowers and other snow equipment safely
• Help run and check onsen, heating, water and ventilation systems
• Escalate technical issues to specialist contractors

• Maintenance or related experience
• Practical skills across trades (basic electrical, plumbing or carpentry preferred)
• Experience with maintenance tools and machinery
• Reliable, proactive and hands-on
• Able to do physically demanding outdoor work in winter
• English or Japanese (both very helpful)
• Valid driving licence
• Working Holiday visa

• Both English and Japanese

• ¥1,300/hour
• About 40 hours per week
