About the role

Ski Japan Travel's Guest Services team in Niseko is hiring for Night Operations. Outside office hours you will meet guests, do evening pick-ups by vehicle, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer the phones including the 24-hour emergency line, run security checks of the accommodation and hand over to the morning front desk. It is 4 nights a week, 10pm to 8am, averaging 36–40 hours, from late November 2026 to the end of March 2027. The hourly rate is set at interview. Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet guests outside office hours
  • Evening guest pick-ups by vehicle
  • Check-ins and check-outs outside office hours
  • Answer phones, including the 24-hour emergency line, and email
  • Security checks of the accommodation
  • Hand tour and activity requests to the morning front desk
  • Organise guests' lift passes and give local information
  • Some housekeeping and administration when required

Requirements

  • Business-level English or higher
  • A driving licence issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco or Taiwan, or an International Driving Permit under the 1949 Geneva Convention
  • A Working Holiday Visa

Nice to have

  • Other languages
  • Front desk, guest services, reservations or night audit experience
  • Face-to-face customer service, travel/tourism or office experience
  • Previous driving experience
  • Ski or snowboard experience
