About the role

Ski Japan Travel is hiring a licensed real estate transaction specialist (takken) in Niseko to handle property sales and brokerage, from property research and the statutory explanation of important matters through contracts, settlement and handover. Some deals involve overseas clients, handled together with English-speaking colleagues. Pay is ¥275,000–300,000 a month plus a ¥30,000 licence allowance, 8:30–17:30 with a one-hour break, two days off a week. Responsibilities

  • Property sales and brokerage work
  • As the licensed takken: explanation of important matters, contracts, settlement and handover
  • Managing real estate transaction records
  • Checks and filings with government offices
  • General admin for the real estate team

Requirements

  • Licensed real estate transaction specialist (宅地建物取引士)
  • A Japanese standard driving licence

Nice to have

  • Sales or brokerage experience at a real estate company
  • Basic knowledge of real estate law
  • Comfortable using English at work
  • Interest in deals involving overseas clients
