About the role
Ski Japan Travel is hiring Housekeeping staff for its accommodation in Niseko, working alongside the local Japanese housekeeping team. You will clean rooms between guest check-out and check-in, provide daily and stay cleaning while guests are in resort, and be responsible for room quality. Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. It is 5–6 days a week, averaging 36–40 hours in peak season, from late November 2026 to late March 2027 (or a shorter contract to late February). Responsibilities

- Daily and stay cleaning while guests are in resort
- Work with the local Japanese housekeeping team
Requirements
- English
- A Working Holiday Visa (held or eligible)
Nice to have
- Housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality experience
- Seasonal work or international workplace experience
- Japanese/Chinese/English bilingual
- Some ski or snowboard experience
